What to Include in a Complaint

Counter-Notification
Where applicable, a counter-notification may be considered when a person believes material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification. A counter-notification should identify the material at issue and provide sufficient information to evaluate the request.
Repeat Infringement
APYAR.ORG may restrict or terminate access or relationships involving repeated copyright infringement where appropriate.
